The Saxophonist A6 stamp set is part of the Wee Folk series of stamps from Pink Ink Designs. This bees saxophone is buzzing amongst the flowers and he looks like hes enjoying the attention. He comes with additional elements such as a beautifully embellished saxophone, 2 flowers, a sprig and a cluster of musical notes. All illustrations are hand drawn by ourselves as always.

These stamps can be used with all sorts of medium including paper, card, mdf etc. Pink Ink Designs have their roots in stamping and painting on fabric which we love to do. We use Versacraft ink pads and Pink Ink Designs multisurface paint (available here). Both are permanent on fabric, when heat sealed with an iron (wash at 30°). We also spritz the fabric with water after stamping, before heat sealing, to create lovely watercolour background washes. Our Microfibre works particularly well for watercolour fabric painting/stamping. We have a video on Youtube showing this particular technique which you can view here.
